Even KCR did not expected this. All of a sudden, he came to know that he is the best chief minister in India among 29 CMs. This secret survey was recently conducted by the Prime minister Narendra Modi and the survey has been carried out through a great confidentiality as Modi strictly wanted to avoid any sort of lobbying or artificial activity that could have been practiced if it was an open survey. After the survey, Modi revealed that KCR stood first followed by Madhya Pradesh CM Shivered Singh Chouhan, Chattisgarh chief minister Raman Singh and Gujarat CM Anandiben Panel. AP CM, Chandrababu Naidu managed to come only in the 13th position.
The survey followed few set parameters in order to gaze the performance of the Chief Ministers. Popularity, Implementation of welfare schemes, execution of development programs etc.
Modi wants to conduct these surveys in a regular time interval in other areas of administration too. On the other hand, it has been clearly evident that the prime minister is totally unbiased as the one who won the first place is neither from BJP nor a supporter of BJP.
